Occupying a small valley bordered by a dramatic cliff face overlooking
Lorient and the sea, this unusually private property is a world of its own,
and now includes two unique guest accommodations, The Cottage and The
Atelier, available to a few discerning guests.

The property is quite large by St. Barths' standards and offers spacious
lawns, many shade trees and a pool large enough to actually swim. Each
building on the property (we live there too) is far enough from the others
to guarantee privacy. The closest beaches are Saline and Lorient (no more
than 5 minutes drive).

Both "The Cottage" and "The Atelier" have a view of the sea, and are very
spacious: a large suite like bedroom with a 4 poster king size bed, a small
cozy kitchenette and a covered deck. Both are very elegant.
"The Atelier" has laid oak flooring and a tropical hardwoood structure
reminiscent of 19th century shipbuilding. "The Cottage" deck opens on its private garden and a private pathway to the pool. Its gazebo-like outdoor shower facing the rocks is a hit.

Amenities include US Satellite TV, DVD, Hi-fi, Direct phone, ISDN internet
connection, Hairdryer, ceiling fans and AC, and a safety deposit box. The
kitchenette is perfect for breakfast (our housekeeper delivers bread and
croissants every morning) and to prepare simple meals. We are nearby and can
offer you local guidance during your stay, if you wish.
